Tips:
Why is the HMI turned on, the screen is black, and the buttons make a sound but the screen cannot be displayed?
There are generally several reasons for the black screen:
(1) First check whether the power supply is a 24V switching power supply. If there is a screen at boot, but the screen will be black immediately after entering the system, this is a FLASH problem, and you need to send it back to flash.
(2) If the screen goes black as soon as it is powered on, but there is a sound when tapping on the screen, this situation is generally because the backlight of the touch screen is broken;
(3) If there is no sound when you tap the screen, it may be that the LCD screen is broken or the power chip of the touch screen is broken, and you need to send it back for repair.
